From the very first phone call a little over seven years ago I was put at ease. As a mother of a child born with Treacher Collins Syndrome, I had so many questions and concerns. The biggest one of all was what was going to work best for him hearing aids or bone conductions hearing aids. We were allowed to borrow the bone aids to see how he did. Found out that the hearing aids worked more to his advantage. He is excelling in school, and has self-confidence. That gives us great joy.
We have a somewhat hectic schedule, but the staff does an amazing job accommodating us. We receive personal attention when we are there, even when we are not there, either by phone, mail, or email. The HEAR Center has been a great resource for our family. They are professional and efficient. I appreciate all they’re help and patience they have given me and my through the years.
